iPhone / iPad — Contact Apple directly
For iOS, refunds must be handled by Apple. Developers cannot view, manage, or process Apple refunds.
- Go to reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple ID.
- Find the HomeMatch purchase you'd like to refund.
- Select 'Request a refund' and follow the prompts.
Apple typically processes decisions within a few days.
Android — Two options
Option 1: Request through Google Play
- Open Google Play → profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Order history.
- Find the HomeMatch purchase and tap 'Request a refund'.
Option 2: Request through TapBlaze Support (Android only)
For Android, we can also help directly. Please send us:
- Your Player ID (found in in-game Settings)
- Your forwarded Google Play receipt email showing the GPA. order number
Once verified, we'll submit the refund on your behalf. Funds return to your payment method in 1–3 business days.
Please be understanding that all cases are different. We cannot guarantee a full refund in every case. If we cannot process the refund, we'll let you know what options are available.
Unauthorized purchase
If someone else made a purchase on your device:
- Change your App Store or Google Play password immediately.
- Enable Face ID, Touch ID, or a password requirement for every purchase in your device Settings.
- Then follow the refund steps above and mention it was unauthorized.
