Close HomeMatch completely, wait a moment, then reopen it on a stable internet connection. Most purchases appear as soon as the game reconnects to our servers.
Check your purchase receipt
Before contacting us, confirm the purchase went through:
- iPhone/iPad: Settings β your Apple ID β Purchase History
- Android: Google Play β Account β Order history
If there's no receipt, the payment likely didn't complete and you weren't charged.

Please send all of the following through the Support button in your game Settings β missing any of these may delay your request:
- Forward us your emailed purchase receipt from Google Play or Apple App Store (not a screenshot)
- A screenshot of your in-game Settings screen showing your Player ID
- A description of what you purchased β item name and quantity
- Tap the Support button in Settings, fill in the form, attach the above, and submit!

Android (Google Play): receipt must include GPA. order number, item name, purchase email, and game name.
Apple (iOS): receipt must include Order ID, item name, purchase email, and game name.
