Moving in to a new phone? Don't worry β as long as your game is connected to Facebook or Apple, your progress is packed up and ready to go! π¦
Before you switch β link your account on your old device first
If you haven't connected Facebook or Apple yet, do it now while you still have access to your old device:
- Open HomeMatch and go to Settings.
- Tap 'Connect Facebook' or 'Sign in with Apple' and sign in.
- Your progress is now saved and ready to move.
Make sure both devices have the game updated to the latest version before transferring.
Transferring to your new device
- Download HomeMatch on your new device and open it.
- Go to Settings β tap the same login option you used before (Facebook or Apple).
- Sign in with the same account.
- Your progress restores automatically. Welcome home!
HomeMatch is a one-account-per-device game. After transferring, please continue on one device only. Running the same account on two devices at the same time is not supported and can cause progress issues.
Note: Sign in with Apple is only available on iOS. If you're moving to Android, use Facebook login to transfer your progress.
My old device is broken or lost
- Download HomeMatch on your new device.
- Go to Settings and sign in with the same Facebook or Apple account you used before.
- Make sure the game is on the latest version.
If you need extra help, use the Support button in Settings and let us know what device and account you're coming from. We'll do our best to help!
I can't find the login option
Update HomeMatch to the latest version and check again. If it's still not showing, send us a screenshot of your Settings screen through the Support button and we'll take a look right away.
I pressed 'Erase Data' β can I recover my game?
Unfortunately, pressing Erase Data permanently deletes all progress, currencies, and items. The game treats this as your personal request to remove all data, and it cannot be reversed.
