Time to set up your home base! 🏠 HomeMatch saves your progress through Facebook or Apple — linking one of these is the only way to protect your design journey and transfer progress to a new device. We strongly recommend doing this right away!
Why link your account?
- Your progress is safely backed up and can be restored on any device.
- It's the only way to transfer your HomeMatch data when switching phones.
- Without it, your progress lives only on your current device and cannot be recovered if lost.
Option 1 — Link with Facebook
- Open HomeMatch and tap the Settings icon (gear icon in the top corner).
- Look for the 'Connect Facebook' or 'Facebook Login' option.
- Tap it and sign in with your Facebook credentials.
- You're all set! Your progress is now saved and backed up automatically.
Make sure HomeMatch is updated to the latest version before linking. If the option isn't showing, try updating the game first and then check again.
Option 2 — Link with Apple (iPhone / iPad)
- Open HomeMatch and tap the Settings icon (gear icon in the top corner).
- Look for the 'Sign in with Apple' option.
- Tap it and sign in with your Apple ID.
- Done! Your progress is now saved to your Apple account.
Sign in with Apple is available on iOS devices only. If you switch to Android in the future, you'll need to use Facebook to transfer your progress.
I linked my account but my progress isn't showing
If your previous progress didn't restore after linking:
- Make sure HomeMatch is updated to the latest version on both devices.
- Confirm you signed in with the same account you used before (same Facebook or same Apple ID).
- Close and reopen the game after signing in.
Still missing? Tap the Support button in your game Settings, let us know which account you used and roughly what room or level you were on, and we'll do our best to track it down!
